A tutored whiskey tasting is a hosted, guided session where an expert walks your group through a curated flight of Irish whiskey, explaining what you are drinking, why it tastes the way it does and how it got that way. Ours run roughly ninety minutes to two hours, are private to your group, and happen wherever you want them to happen.

How long does a whiskey tasting last?
Most run ninety minutes to two hours depending on group size and how many questions you have. Add food pairings and you are looking at closer to three.
How much does a private Irish whiskey tasting cost?
Pricing depends on group size, venue and which whiskeys you would like to pour, since a flight of everyday classics and a flight of rare single pot still are very different animals. Send us your numbers and we will quote quickly and clearly.
Can you host a tasting at our hotel or event venue?
Yes. We bring everything: whiskey, glassware, host and all. We regularly run tastings inside hotels, conference venues, private homes and castles across Ireland.
What if some of our group do not drink whiskey?
Very common and completely fine. Non drinkers get just as much out of the storytelling, and we can add Irish gin, craft beer or non alcoholic options to the flight so nobody is sitting there with an empty glass.
Can we add a tasting to a tour we have already booked?
